How long will it take for my case to be reviewed and resolved?

45 days – This may seem like a long time, but please keep in mind that we do not own or operate the suppliers that provided the services that you have purchased. They are all independent contractors in which we exercise no control. We must investigate your concerns with our suppliers before a resolution can be provided. Whether or not you receive any compensation (monetary or otherwise) regarding your concern, you will be contacted with a response via email by Vacation Express closing your case.
